From pirates.mlb.com: Jim Tracy wants to diffuse the Pirates’ losing mentality.

I’m no expert, but it seems like the simplest way to “change an atmosphere of losing that has engulfed [a] team for close to 14 seasons” would be to WIN BASEBALL GAMES. So how the fuck is Jim Tracy going to help anyone?
